NEUROLOGROS
Who we are

Professional expertise and lived experience, together.

We're a team committed to the well-being of neurodivergent people and their families. Neurologros grew out of a partnership between a mother of an autistic girl and a psychologist specialized in autism.

We know up close the challenges and needs that neurodivergent people face in daily life, thanks to our mix of professional and personal experience. That's why our work is grounded in respect, empathy and practical tools that support each person's development, communication and well-being.

We firmly believe that, with the right support, every neurodivergent person can reach their full potential in an environment that values their uniqueness.

Psychologist · Master's in Education

  • SACCADE · Centre d'Expertise en Autisme, Quebec
  • TEACCH · Fédération Québécoise de l'Autisme
  • ABA · Geneva Centre for Autism, Ontario

I'm a psychologist who graduated from Universidad Veracruzana, in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, with a Master's in Education from Universidad del Valle de México. That training let me dig deeper into the relationship between educational processes and each person's overall development.

I've specialized in supporting neurodivergent people, with a particular focus on autism. I completed the SACCADE program at the Centre d'Expertise en Autisme in Quebec, centered on how the autistic mind works; I studied the structured, individualized TEACCH approach with the Fédération Québécoise de l'Autisme in Montreal; and I earned a certification in behavioral therapy with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the Geneva Centre for Autism, in Ontario.

My practice spans schools, therapy centers and early intervention programs, working alongside families, teachers and interdisciplinary teams. As a trainer and speaker, I've taught parents, educators and professionals.

In Canada I've built my expertise as an educator specialized in school intervention. My experience in Mexico and Canada lets me design personalized educational strategies, with the conviction that everyone has the right and the capacity to grow fully in an environment that values their uniqueness.

Specialized educator in neurodiversity · Lawyer

  • Behavioral Techniques and Pedagogical Strategies · Geneva Centre for Autism, Ontario
  • Law · Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga

I'm a specialized educator in neurodiversity. My focus is on designing personalized strategies that foster learning, independence and emotional well-being for neurodivergent children, teens and adults.

As a mother of three, I have a deep connection to neurodiversity: my youngest daughter is autistic. That experience has been my biggest inspiration for supporting other families with empathy and dedication.

I'm originally from Colombia and a lawyer by training, graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga. After moving to Canada, I decided to follow my true passion: inclusive education. My legal training remains a valuable tool for advocating for the rights of these communities.

In Canada I've worked alongside local and international professionals, enriching my practice with perspectives and tools that support the academic, social and emotional growth of the people I work with.
