Welcome to Neurologros. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Description of the service

Neurologros offers counselling, talks, workshops, support programs and educational content for families, caregivers, teachers and anyone interested in neurodiversity. The content is informational and intended to help parents and educators with the respectful parenting of neurodivergent children and teens. It does not, however, replace medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use the website and its resources responsibly and respectfully. Copying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is not permitted.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, digital resources) is the property of Neurologros and carries usage rights. Reproducing it without permission is prohibited.

4. Registration and personal data

By registering or contacting us, you agree to provide truthful, up-to-date information. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.

5. Paid services

Some services may have a cost. Payment, cancellation or refund terms will be stated before you book. We reserve the right to change prices or terms with prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Neurologros is not responsible for decisions made based on the content we offer, nor for misuse of the resources provided. We do not guarantee outcomes, since every situation is unique.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revision date.

8. Governing law

This site and its services are governed by the laws of Canada. Any legal dispute will be submitted to the courts of Ontario.

9. Bookings and refunds

1. Sessions, workshops or programs must be booked in advance through the channels available on the website.
2. Payment must be made before the service begins, unless stated otherwise.
3. You may cancel and reschedule your consultation with no advance-notice limit and at no extra cost. Cancelling will automatically schedule a later date for the consultation, since no refund will be issued.
4. If the company needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
5. No refunds are offered for services already provided.
